Blue Opal Wellness Studio Policies

These policies ensure a smooth, respectful, and fair experience for both clients and the practitioner. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

1. 24-Hour Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $25 late-cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will also result in a $25 charge.

  • This policy applies to all clients, including returning and promotional bookings.

Groupon-Specific Booking & Cancellation Policy

Clients booking through Groupon agree to the following:

  • Missed appointments, late cancellations, or reschedules within 24 hours will result in the voucher being fully redeemed.

  • Redeemed vouchers cannot be reused, refunded, or transferred.

  • Groupon promotional terms are separate from standard studio pricing and policies.

Groupon Wax Client Availability

To keep scheduling smooth, Groupon wax appointments are only available on:

  • Monday

  • Tuesday

  • Thursday

Appointments booked outside these days may be canceled or rescheduled depending on availability.

4. Arrival Time & Late Policy

  • Please arrive on time for your session.

  • Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require a shortened session.

  • Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may be considered a no-show and charged the $25 fee or result in voucher redemption for Groupon clients.

5. No-Show Policy

A no-show means you did not arrive for your appointment and gave no notice.

  • No-shows will be charged:

    • $25 for regular clients

    • Full voucher redemption for Groupon clients

6. Payment Policy

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Accepted forms of payment: ____________________

  • All rates are subject to change with notice.

7. Health, Safety & Intake Forms

  • Clients must complete an intake form before service.

  • Please disclose all medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities.

  • Blue Opal Wellness may decline service if a treatment is unsafe or contraindicated.

8. Respectful Conduct Policy

  • Blue Opal Wellness maintains a calm, professional, and safe environment.

  • Any inappropriate behavior, language, or boundary violations will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

  • Repeat violations will lead to permanent refusal of service.

10. Policy Agreement

  • By scheduling an appointment, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to all studio policies.
