Scheduling Appointments:
Appointments can be scheduled online, via phone call, or text. First name, last name, email, and phone number are required to schedule.
Fragrance:
Please limit wearing strong personal fragrance to appointments.
Cancellations:
Please cancel appointments within 24 hours in advance. This helps make appointments available sooner for other clients.
Late Arrivals:
Please call or text if you may be arriving late for your appointment. Clients who arrive late will still have their appointment end on time.
Tip/Gratuity:
This is greatly appreciated after your service in the form of cash, Cashapp, or Venmo.
Groupon Notice:
Although a Groupon may have been purchased, the merchant/business owner does not receive payment until after the service has been rendered and the voucher has been redeemed.
